There's no career development or job trajectory planning whatsoever, promotions are just random & hardly prevelant even. The compensation too is quite low as per market standards & that's a bummer for a company of this size.

Nothing to like about Jio. Being the biggest telecom operator in India.. The work culture, timings, bosses are the worst. Pressure is extreme.. An employee has to work 12 hrs + everyday. Several VCs and meetings are aligned throughout the day. Mental and physical health will be both at stake.

1.Bosses .. All fake.. Everyone will show they will give u time to learn but need results from day 1. 2.There is always abusing language cursing you whole day. Specifically Mr.Ghosh and Mr. Basak.. They will harass you like anything. 3.there is no work life balance in jio.. Even you have to work on Sundays. 4.Atlast there is no job security at all.. They will force you, threaten you to resign.. Or they will make you black listed. 5.Salary comes in time.... But other than that there is mere conveyance .
