Good infrastructure and quality of students. Fair package and other monetary benefits from invigilation and evaluation. Safe and secure work environment for both the teachers and students.

Dislikes

Horrible corporate work culture and poor networking. Conservative minded, racist and biased people. Unproductive hierarchy domination and heedless management. Highly insecure private job with ignoble workforce.

Work Details

Terrible years with an insecure and depreciating atmosphere. Only solace is package. Heavy workload with no clear cut goals and guidelines. Disgusting veranda duty during intervals to restrict interaction between genders. Poor work life balance.
