I have been working with Mentor International School since 5 years.It has been a delightful and satisfying experience. I've learnt many innovative and effective ways of teaching.The school management constantly supports the staff in upgrading their required skills.I've learnt to use technology in the teaching and learning process during COVID, which proved to be a boon for the teachers as well as students. Likes

Mentor International School is an excellent school to work with. The management is quite understanding and supportive. Teachers are been given time to time trainings. The co-teachers are also helpful at all times. There is a great scope for teachers to learn new and innovative teaching methods and strategies.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
