Senior were good and helpful and our Manager too supportive (Rajesh Sir), only thing that let this sink was hiring one person who spoilt the company culture for his benefits.

They'll simply hire you and then fire you saying that there's no work left. Every company knows how much work is about to come if there's no work coming then what's the point of hiring and later on simply firing them.
