I like behaviour of sales executive level but they are also pressurised by sales managers and head.

Dislikes

Company policy of reimbursement is very bad. They have track of all the map and kilometres a marketing associate travels and even They speak you are earning money from the reimbursement amount of transportation and which very distrusting and unethical to say to an employee of own company. Pressure is very high for doing sales and they also don’t have a specific geographical boundary. They expect you to cover a very big area on your own and no expense reimbursement for the same....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
