I like it very most because the ambience in the company is very good. Everyday after the lunch activities will be held and in that activities we enjoy a lot ..the work experience and the team leader's support is absolutely wonderful. My team leader is Shravanthi , as she helps me alot about the sale and target achievement everyday and every month. Only the gossips between colleagues and bitching about the company. They do so much repeat work. The content team manager doesn't know what the employees in his team are doing. He listens to every person if someone complains about his team without even verifying. The HR head is a completely distressed and disturbed female. I joined icm program, when I was joining, they told we will provide contect program, already 6 months over but still they do not provide me contect program..i have paid totally fee online transaction.. Now they are not responding, abut contect program... I think this is waste education faculty.. Wastes time, money.. Pls friend not join medercitty. . .
