Small company with less than 15 employees Company management is very very abusive No incentives No growth opportunities No conveyence is given for regular travelling( though they will tell you during interview that conveyence will be given) No overtime Double deduction for leave is the management's favourite task. Although salary date is 10th of each month, salary will not be given before 15th

Every thing was so terrible that you will be able to adjust easily with any other company.

small company(Around 12-14 employees), Rude management, 6 days working, sometimes call on Sunday also, Abuse employees even for a small mistake, employees face angry customers because of cheap quality product and service, no basic facilities like cafeteria,coffee machine, refreshment, most of the days you will be working 12-13 hourswithout getting extra paid, No casual leave, No earned leave, salary deduction for any informed leave, double deduction for uninformed leave...Read More
