We don't get personal life here . We are working continuously 12 to 13 hrs a day and without any weekoff. We are not getting leaves even if somebody death occurred. And too much workload.

Perofrmance bonus are divided into salary EMI, Which is poor mentality of current HR. Appraisal , promotiond are just formalities bcz poor performer also gets same hike with best performer. There is no skills development, bcz nobody wants smart candidates to learn sales or marketing, pure partiality and politics. Working hours hectic, company doesnt care how much work pressure is handled by employees.
