Monthly Board review by Poland Team and constructive action plan for improvement.

Dislikes

Indian Management, especially the newly appointed CEO (Manmohan Sharma) is the worst person on the earth. He makes fun of people and ruins their careers. If employees complain as whistleblowers also, the company fires the employee and doesn't change its policies and process. On top of it, Theif becomes the head.

Heading the Department of Finance & Accounts with global reporting.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
