Corporate culture does not cater to work life balance. If MD is there everyone should be available irrespective of time. Usually people leave at minimum 8pm. HR policies are there but are molded as per convenience.

No support at all. Even after knowing someone is sick. They call employees at work. They ignore our small concerns abt the health & want us to work in anyway. No financial support. Over mental torture. Over work pressure without devising it in all employees. Partiality. Seniors used to work from home & calls all juniors at work. Completely unsafe.
