Terrible working hours in hr department people are working till 10pm. If you complete your work, next day they will give you an assignment at around 5:00pm and will need to submit on that itself . They just force people to work till 9pm or 10pm and discredit others who cannot afford to stay back in such late hours.

There is no work life balance starts from 9am ends at 10pm. Even need to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
