- Micro management, need I say more. - You'll have to clock in your time to each individual task - Not much room for creativity and development with very short project deadlines and rehashed kind of work. - Most of the staff is Marathi, so there's a very small bit of a language barrier. It won't affect the work, just limit your ability to gel up within informal conversations, as people feel more comfortable having fun in their native language.
