The few things I can actually say I 'liked' there were my colleagues. Few of them were very brilliant and still underappreciated. Most of them left the company.

Dislikes

The foremost think that's really unhelpful was there was no trust put in your work. The team structure is only for namesake, all that you do has to go through 1 person and it eats away your time. The utmost attention is towards growing business and not towards the quality of work. Your ideas and openions are hardly taken into conside ration because they're not looking for smart inputs. Finally you're just used as cheap labour. The whole company is driven by power put in hands of hierarchy and even HR will not take into account your complaint or suggestions. The number of hours you work is valued rather than the extent to which you're working. If you push your suggestions, you're harrased to the point of leaving the workplace. The work culture could best be described as "toxic"<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You're learning opportunities are slim</mark>. No training or team building activities whatsoever take place there. And people who take use of flattery can do much better....Read More

Work Details

Although I was in the R and D department, there was no research going on. Most of my time was spent running pipelines and clearing mistakes made by other people in those pipeline. Frustrating is the word I could say does justice.

There is no work-life balance, your best efforts are not even acknowledged. Less pay, more work. Horrible work culture. Poor management.

Excellent learning opportunity. All state of the instruments.

Dislikes

Fearfilled working environment. No proper compensatory offs granted for working on holidays. No enough staffing as well as no uniform work distribution . Had to work atleast 10 hours per day. Hope conditions would have improved after a good number of employees left the company.
