This place is like a prison with the HR team acting as wardens. Strict attendance policies, constant monitoring, and zero trust in employees. They pack us into tiny spaces like sardines, making two or three people share a spot meant for one. The IT assets team? Clearly missing a process or maybe just eyesight, handover broken assetsand later charge you for it. If their goal is to test our patience, they're doing a fantastic job. Induction sessions here are a total snooze fest, led by lifeless personalities who might as well be sleepwalking! It’s all about company rules and regulations, giving jailhouse vibe. Worst work culture. Few people has make their lobby they do nothing but get the cridt for good thing and for bad they blame on new joinee or those do not belongs to their lobby. No compoff if work for sunday/Holiday.
