1. worst management 2. no work life balance, attend calls, unnecessary meetings even after working hours. 3. salary not on time. 4. no compensation, OT for engineers. 5. meetings everyday for large number of hours. 6. inappropriate system, created by management. 7. you'll lose your self confidence in meetings by receiving only negative reviews from director. 8. no proper holidays.
