In the beginning, it was great under the leadership of a certain head of our department. I learned a lot about running a team and working through my writing. I enjoyed going to work every day.

Dislikes

But suddenly, without prior notice, our department merged with another department in the company and our work timings became bizarre. I had to wake up very early in the morning and work past the allotted time. And even after I logged out, I had to prepare for my job for the next day. We had to go through orientation again and anyonewho questioned this sudden shift in timing during the meeting was silenced without any proper explanation. I lost my sleep, couldn't eat properly and soon enough, I had to leave of my own volition. What started out as a pleasant experience became a scar at the end.
