The company is the most toxic workplace around with no growth. Run by a group of people with no financial knowledge, the company has no plans for the future. The HR will be the sweetest mom around when hiring and then once you join, you will never talk to them again. No open door policy and people are discouraged to speak up. The company fires people day in and day out and everyone one including the top management is trying to just save their seats. Zero training and high politics leading to bad mental health of all the employees except the ones who are bosses pets. Please do your research before joining. Work culture is like that of a very small company feeling huge. The top management is full of friends and family members, who deceive everyone into their false sense of professionalism. There is absolutely no work-life balance. And if at all you ask for some, one is indirectly "punished" for the same.
