Small and focus industry. Machine capability essentially driving the market segments. As rivalry amongst competitors is very strong, the marketing and marketers are playing a great role in customer loyalty

Dislikes

Small business scales and family oriented towards decision making. Directive and autocratic leader takes charge for his or her own agenda. Very poor decision making process with the intervention of human politics and prejudices. A mediocre leader could take the seat by managing upwards.

Work Details

You learn what you learn from your own initiative. You change the tools to get the colour. You compromise the long run sustainability just for the sake of poor equipment. And you suffer never ending blames from the so called GM and marketers
