Company is good, no travel issue but politics is high at upper level, no problem in salary, creative, company is good as they thought about growth and take care of all employees also, work environment is cooperative, teammates are not having much knowledge about marketing as they always thought about their ownself not for the growth of the company to reach it to the heaven...

I'm generally speaking, I didn't got any competitive, this is very disappointing ,company should choose right sales executives so that they can take the company to greatest heights, they are the only one's for the growth of company

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
