It is a company which acted as an parent does during difficult times of their kids.Parents support mentally, Physically and most importantly Financially to get over crisis. Exactly MBD Group my company does same in this period. It has given us ample relaxation in duty hours/days.Company did not consider which worker worked how muchtime and attendance days but, it tendered equal financial subsistence to all its employees, despite of very low sale/collection from market it did not stop paying any months salary which was essential to keep cool and confidence to fight the COVID-19 LOCKDOWN. It has added COVID-19 treatment expenditures to be born by Medical Insurance Policy provided to its employees. Company is good and have quality in the product. If you put some hardwork then centre get the good sales

There is one problem they hired lots of wrong people in upper management they don't accept the suggestions from new joiners just put their old strategy on them and if someone speak then upper management gave warning to fired them they want MBA candidate for the job but they don't want their mind only they want labour
