Operations guys is completely illiterate. They don't know basic practice of how to work in operations. They don't have any culture as well, there is no salary time, They mentioned every month will get the salary. But don't believe on this.

Everything is excellent but some agents are doing worst behave to others they don't have any sense how to talk with new agents actually they have a negative ego and attitude which shows on new agent.
