1. This school has a pattern of deception practices towards its teachers. Initially, they offer an appealing salary, but once on board, teachers find portion of their pay taken back. They use these higher salary offers to attract staff, only to manipulate the compensation later. 2. Furthermore, resigning staff members,even those whohave served their notice period, often find their salary withheld. 3. The environment within the school is tense, with a constant undercurrent of intimidation. 4.
