Very good pay, starting may be 15 k, yearly increment 1000₹, 1500₹ for new comers, old teachers already working may get 2,000₹ up to ₹3,000 hike, again depends on individual teacher, you will be appreciated n given rewards if they are pleased with you good work, active participation, n if you are a silent worker.

Dislikes

No job security, very strict, no friendly atmosphere, they remove you anytime without any reason, don't give work letter if you leave or they remove, heavy work load , not allowed to mingle with co teachers, no scope for your innovative abilities, they don't appreciate you taking leaves ,not allowed to have lunch / chat with others during break period.

Work Details

Always you have to work under pressure, secretary / HM/ coordinator comes on rounds to check, you are not supposed to talk to other teachers, eat with them sit with them from 8.49 to 4 pm, also not supposed to be friendly with co teachers, work is hectic.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
