Nothing to like in max healthcare

1. Rude behaviour of senior staff 2. No personal life left after joining 3. Thay will say that duty is for 6 hours but believe me it's almost 9 to 10 hours 4. No skill development at all thay just take classes to wast your time and make you suffer untill you dead or leave the job 5. Worst resignation policy they will told you that y ou have to give resignation notice 2 months prior and every month they will take only 1 staff resignation only so you have to wait atleast 5 to 6 months to give notice of 2 months. Conclusion is they will trap you and make you suffer you will feel depressed all the time and have no energy. And after all that suffering finally they will give you an experience letter which tells you that they are not satisfied with your work they will make sure that you do not get another job. 6. Let's talk about salary, they give incriment not seeing your work performance but after seeing your Flattery quality, more you flatter of your seniors more incriment you will get. 7. There is lots of politics if you studied nursing then no one can save you there but if studied politics you can survive 8<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There is no job security if you just make a small mistake they will force you to give resignation and if you doing good work with no complaint then they will make you suffer in taking resignation</mark> ... In the last I have lots to say but I think for a wise person that's enough And I'll give you only one advice, don't join Max Hospitals you will regret it later and also never join any corporate hospital in Delhi or gurugram. I dislike this organisation as there is not Job security and a healthy work environment as well. Senior staffs are not helpful and always ready to make your moral down.
