The Team that i worked with was the best one could imagine having. Our Doctors than support staff were always ready to help patients get well Under the Leadership of Òur HOD Dr Bhasin.

Well the Non medical Administration isnt that good, i mean they always talk with a smile and are always ready to take. But imagine if after working for 1 year among the nursing staff if your early incriment is between 150 to 500 rupees and i repear ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY TO FIVE HUNDRED. I mean if the Nursing staff is so bad how do people get well why do patients give good reviews. When ever asked a question they would tell us to talk with our HOD or Nursing Head. Who wud no role play in deploying the finance. Regardless of everything serving people is a profession we chose out of our own wish. But we do have families to feed children to raise. Hopefully some day corporates would understand that if they cud cut nurses salaries. Why not get paid 25 to 35% less themselves every month to help there hospital boom. Which will never happen they will have handsome salaries and long lectures to let nurses know that we are there atleast in words to help you along with snaps as a proof that we are Professionally helping all....Read More

I enjoyed my work allot. I have worked as an Intensive care Nurse all my life and Had one the best moments of my life with my department colleagues.
