One of the worst HR and administration department to work with. No respect for doctors (from junior doctors to HODs). HR and admin people ideally should should this hospital without doctors. Never seen such a pathetic HR people ( Pooja chauhan , Navneet). Looks like having mental issues. They need basic human ethics training of basic manners. Hope God bless this hospital. Work culture leaves a lot of room to want more! Toxic administration - unnecessary interference in patient management, but they seem to disappear when their support is actually needed in certain cases. A lot of admins have ZERO idea of the ground realities Poor support staff to patient ratio - mostly the brunt is borne by the Medical staff for this as the attendant believes the Doctor is responsible for EVERYTHING, including cleaning and diet services. HR believes they are the only ones who have the company interest at heart. Admins will popularize and circulate all the GOOD reviews for them and all the BAD reviews for clinical teams in the internal groups, creating unnecessary pressure. Other way around, and those reviews are swept under the carpet. You may be reprimanded for a bad review, nut never appreciated for a good review. The appraisal process is poor and you WILL feel unappreciated. Benefits are non-existent and not even basic healthcare is properly covered, when compared to other corporate companies or even smaller hospitals, which is ironic - this being one of the larger hospital chains in north India....Read More

There is no support from the HO Functional heads. The hospital has a lot of work but doesn't have enough manpower and resources to get it done. There is no work life balance even if you try to maintain it. It's a man army for few departments without any appreciation. Trust me tere is no acknowledgement and appreciation of What you do. Donot join the Pediatrics department at Max mohali. The work environment is so toxic my by one particular person, you wont be able to survive whether as a MO/ senior resident/ attending consultant or even a nurse!

High load of work with soft and polite behaviour till job not done. Then unnessory dominating pressure. Lala company.

Dislikes

Max Healthcare do not share JD, no Team collaboration, manager behaviour is bad with negative pressure to new joiner. Work time from 10am to 10pm with unnessory over load, Hospital name is Max but entire process is manual. They have tactics to handover there job to you. Attrition rate is highest in entire hospital industry.
