Only monthly payment is correctly Getting .Appraisal is dependent on the manager not as per the work and experience .Not getting any increments from the last 5 years.

Dislikes

Lot of staffs are not getting better carrier growth in nursing. Only year experience is increasing.No other benefits like festival bonus and annual increments. No job satisfaction because of varies reason like multiple accreditation and file work. Due to that not able to focus on patients care

Now a days no support from the manager level. Only workaholic. Not focusing on staffs satisfaction on salary increment or Designation change

Poor salary specially nurses lots of work and extra hour duty some time ,we are professional but not receiving good salary GDA and nurses salary no more difference , very sad our education is just in 25- 30 k per month , insult of nursing profession

I don't like dis hospital.... I previously worked in medanta ..too advanced technology and learned so many things ...but dis max hospital is worse ..never recommend to join anybuddy

There are couple of things like most important i dnt like d system ... Too slow process ... And there are lots of ppl who talk unnecessary

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
