There is no support from the HO Functional heads. The hospital has a lot of work but doesn't have enough manpower and resources to get it done. There is no work life balance even if you try to maintain it. It's a man army for few departments without any appreciation. Trust me tere is no acknowledgement and appreciation of What you do.
