The units are good but you again HO office will not let you work as per unit requirement.

The management is not good, they treat you bad and will never let you work as per the unit requirements. HO office is really bad as they will take your mental peace. Positioning your doctor through PR is a challenge as PR team will not give opportunities.

There is no support from the HO Functional heads. The hospital has a lot of work but doesn't have enough manpower and resources to get it done. There is no work life balance even if you try to maintain it. It's a man army for few departments without any appreciation. Trust me tere is no acknowledgement and appreciation of What you do.
