Team mates and colleagues had been actually the best thing that happened in last 4 years of tenure .They have been very cooperative , understanding and helping and always stand in anyone thick and thin except a few exceptional case

Dislikes

The HR is worse and pathetic and just believes in layoff, without even considering and analysing how would this affect the quality of services .Good employee are discarded like any commodity and keeping the one who are useless and more informative. Job security is even worse because you don't know next morning your colleague or for that matter even you may be asked to leave. Salary is never on time which is again the biggest dissatisfaction and right from doctors to technicians standing infront of CFO office asking for it who is busy in dozing, Hr Head in giggling and loafing around.Rest details could be seen from the great reviews the hospitals has from its various clients on its site....Read More
