Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

People interaction at Maventic is good. Spoon feeding was not there before but now the Seniors will be friendly to help us in learning.

Dislikes

Appraisal after 10L is bad. There are no extra benefits that other MNC offers. No team trips, no parties, rarely once in a year.
