I don’t like matrix at all they just took your salary. Don’t trust such company. And they don’t have any real experience and all they use same Wordpress theme for all their project’s .

Owner Direct Interference in the Project: The owner's constant involvement in the project is detrimental to its success. it hampers the employee's ability to work efficiently and independently. Owner's dismissive approach to discussions: The owners tend to shut down conversations by using one-word responses (Don't Argue) or simply avoiding discussion altogether. This hinders effective communication and problem-solving. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Delayed and missing salary payments: I have not received my salary for May and only half of my salary for June</mark>. I've heard that the owner finds a way to cut employees' salaries, which is unfair and unprofessional. Undermining experience: The owner disregards the expertise and experience of employees by using phrases like "Tell me I will teach you" Such discussions are unproductive and only offer temporary solutions rather than proper ones. - You can't ask for any feedback if you asked the argument will come to you by owners. - Overall, these issues have made my experience at this company highly unsatisfactory....Read More
