Working through CRM is good in some way

Owner Direct Interference in the Project: The owner's constant involvement in the project is detrimental to its success. it hampers the employee's ability to work efficiently and independently. Owner's dismissive approach to discussions: The owners tend to shut down conversations by using one-word responses (Don't Argue) or simplyavoiding discussion altogether. This hinders effective communication and problem-solving. Delayed and missing salary payments: I have not received my salary for May and only half of my salary for June. I've heard that the owner finds a way to cut employees' salaries, which is unfair and unprofessional. Undermining experience: The owner disregards the expertise and experience of employees by using phrases like "Tell me I will teach you" Such discussions are unproductive and only offer temporary solutions rather than proper ones. - You can't ask for any feedback if you asked the argument will come to you by owners. - Overall, these issues have made my experience at this company highly unsatisfactory....Read More
