Management is really Bad. They don't have any plan as such. They take decisions in haste and are alien to the word employee satisfaction. All they want is their targets to be achieved but they don't invest in learning and development, innovation or development of their employees skills to perform better. I loved my colleagues in this company but not the management. The company has a bad reputation. Management is very Bad and the people on the top only think about saving their position no matter what. Work pressure is very High. They don't have any vision or mission.

My work at Matrix was very hectic but boring. I was working as Branch HR in Mumbai. Recruitment was a part of my profile however it was very challenging to hire sales professional for this company beacuse of bad reputation of th Company and work culture.
