We believe that most of your comments are based on your individual assumptions, and they are not true. since you have commented on our policies we are providing below clarification- Matel is professionally driven organization; our compensation structure encourages pay for performance approach- monthly salaries are paid to all the employees regularly as per standard norms. Variable pay is paid on a quarterly basis based on the performance of employee, organization and this is well explained to all the employees before extending employment offer. Our travel policy is defined after doing appropriate market study also any excess amount we approve after getting suitable explanation from employee who is visiting customer places or any official visit. We have always completed full and final settlement of all the employees who have served appropriate notice period and completed exit formalities. Matel has always been clear and transparent in way of dealing with all its associates, because decisions our are based on policies and processes there is no room for individual biases and politics.
