You keep getting various opportunities to learn and grow as the tasks keep coming equally around the year. Vibrant celebrations, events, festivities, and concerts throughout the year keep you going and motivated. The campus is wide and good.

The company culture can be very challenging and critical. The tasks keep getting slower due to long processes of approvals. The process of appraisals for non-academic staff can be tricky as there is no process for recording their tasks.

They shows that they have good research culture but the amount of teaching load will not allow you to do any work related to research.
