Everything. Even RD head , GM are thrown out of the company in 30mins and a fresher who was not given even single training was thrown out within 3 months , they expect senior enigeer skills from a 3months old fresher, what kind useless management it is . No proper promotion, no set of rules for appraisal , only favoritsm and only politics <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. We were waiting to get out bonus amount in the month of April, it was told that they will give in April, they did not give in April and after asking they say that they forgot and will give in the next salary how irresponsible they are </mark>. Every month we have fight to get out salary . Some time goes for a week to get salary . The best situation of a about to close down company .
