Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Everything is very good and effective. The management don't wanna leave its employees easily once they're in. So that's all and nothing else.

Atmosphere is quite simplistic but you have to do labour work instead of smart work. Yes, you heard it right. Besides working as an Academic Coordinator for more than 5 years depending on the institution in this tough time of lockdown and pandemic, No salary was given in this period of above 1 year and that's the reason I resigned from the job.

Salary timing and you cannot depend on it during your tough times

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
