No Job security, head can make you on hold without any reason, notice or anything and after that they will never pick your call. Poor work environment, company even not following there policy by themselves. No support and guidance by head. Poor professional behaviour. Working condition is very bad. There is no place of talent. Environment full of policts and unethical

People over there have no value of talent. They may hire you but always choose there old employees over you. No job security. Unethical behaviour, gender biased environment
