Here, they forget Garden took 50+ years to have this much conversion rate and the website is just 3 months old. Dislikes

There is no vision with leadership and very poor planning team. Typical family run business where ad-hoc decision making is very common. No clarity of thought and trust issues within the leadership makes the environment very toxic. Do not plan on leaving a bigger organisation and come down to build this organisation as you'll be disappointed to see mediocrity run through all levels.
