You can learn something if you are fresher and no skillset.

No job security.contract doesn't matter. They will kick you suddenly.I suggest try for MNCs as your 1st job atleast they have something organised . Training is also very poor.All are here full stack developer because a trainee is hopeless.one developer knows SQL also do python script.He/She is god . Don't ruin your career joining here....Read More

Work rate is low because heads won't make you understand what they actually need if you succeed in something they will make a joke out of that.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
