I didn't like anything about working with Mansha Solutions. Terrible experience. I was shocked to see all positive reviews on Google. I'm sure all the reviews are fake and they are not legit.

Dislikes

The first thing i dislike about this company is the Co-founder -MR MAYANK. He doesn't have any etiquettes and sense of how to talk and behave. He behaves like he have bought you. Very unprofessional behaviour. And when the co-founder itself is such an idiotic personality. You can't expect much from the organisation.

Their should be proper management and their should be some sense how they have to bring clients and how to train their interns and employee.

Dislikes

They are in soo unorganised way they don't have a proper feedback management and their clients are some were fake.. it's totally waste of 3 months in that company

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
