Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. My star ratings are self explanatory . upliftment can be achieved in this company only if we do favours to superiors.They have A very bad team comprising of a CFO and linenmanager and if we don't entertain the CFO they will be thrown out of the organisation. I have had a very bitter experience with those two characters.
