Lot of work pressure and lot of harassment no Personal Life, no time for spending money and good company for earning purpose.

Dislikes

Senior's manager are not good they are very unbysad with theirs juniors. Non cabable person get promoted because of buttering work. Overall company management and incentives policy is excellent

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
