No sitting place for employees even if your desigantion is assistant manager , staff salary is high and 95% staff was illeterate as per qualifiaction including talking sense, gestures & stanadards they make completely fool to company owner and there employees dont know about other industries knowledge except manjushree, staff came late at 9.20 to 10 am , no growth, employees taken high salary suppose in production deptt 10 staff hired they dont have more work but enjoying shift time and make company owner fool....Read More

Especially the Finance head who doesn't know anything about Finance or controllership and is just acting like a postman who gets a mail for some data from top management and immediately pass on to his teammates and doesn't even bother to have a understanding or look at the data.
