5 days Working, Global Exposure. Open culture. Qick decisions, Freedom for speach. Team work. Salary on Time 30th of Month. Travel Desk is super. Leave Management System is world class. Open culture and Supportive.

Dislikes

Work life balance. Poor Policy for talent retaintion , in fact there is no policy on this matter. Favorision. No policy for promotion. Limit of Health insurance policy to increase. But good part is that Parents are also covered. Poor Canteen facility, Need to improve.
