You get leaves when ever required no questions asked. And after 6 you have time for family again that depends on individual

Total Hippocrates. If you are in favourite list of management then you will grow or else just teach and go home, no growth, even if you are better and more talented that their favourites.

Wrong people are the bosses. The HOD's are a frustrated lot. Most of them are sadistic by nature. The Director is biased. I was with the behavior team reporting to 2 HOD's along with a vertical head. The vertical heads were merciless. No ethics. They always portrayed a wrong image.

Dislikes

The benefits are poor. HR policies chuck out a major part of salary. The teammates though nice n suppoetive, they were all asked to keep a distance. The department heads followed a divide and rule policy.

Work Details

I was in the Behavior Skills team and had the opportunity to cater to 6 Banks, the IT vertical and the Insurance verital. A week's program was planned and delivered to the trainees

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
