Too much of regionalism, ill mannered people, no respect or acknowledgement on work done, overload of work still they want us to stretch our working hours. Mentally and emotionally stressing culture!

Consultants are the best, they are always happy to teach and share the knowledge.

The Hospital Management is totally waste, the management persons are very cheap and narrow minded. They do not want to appreciate anyone, and even they don’t give any benefits to Doctors.

Working hours of staffs is 9 hours. Only one night off is given after 12 hours of night shift is done for 7 days. No night shift incentives are provided for the laboratory staffs.

The salary is too low for a senior staff, even though the fresher are getting near 30k and 13yrsexperienced nurse only getting 37k..its too bad 😞

Inventory management are very well mannered, staff are co operative & Nursing DNS are very helpful.

Duty hours sometime be very hectic, sometimes leaves are not getting in proper time, & after 4 times only one night off.
