I have 8 years total work experience in couple of organisations.. but I never face these kind drama ever .. lot of politics lot of cast feeling … if you are from lower caste just forget about appraisal and promotions.. even though you are good at communication skills and hard worker ….you get nothing expect salary at the end of the month .. but if you are from OC background then you can work in Manipal hospitals Vijayawada .. even though you are worst at communication skills .. you can talk rudely to patients , you can fight with them also .. whatever you wanna do u can do it like a fish market .. although you will get appraisals and promotions …...Read More

Worst experience, I'm working there from 3 years I can't able to use my EL or CL they won't agree they won't encash your leave also. No compensation for double shifts and lower level employees treated like animals. Better take review with lower level employees
