Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and Gym in the building. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Initially policies were employee-friendly. For the past 1 yr, things have taken a turn for the worse.

Dislikes

No support or career progression for honest hardworking employees. If some project is profitable, the top management reaps the benefits. If there's loss, the employees at the lowest level bear the brunt. People are being asked to leave now, without any option of moving them to other depts etc.
